All prices are in USD (US Dollars). Currency conversion is handled by your card issuer at their prevailing rate.

Your card details are encrypted end-to-end and never stored on our servers. CandyLens.com does not have access to your full card number at any point during checkout.

Payment FAQs

Most declined payments are caused by one of the following:

  • Card details entered don't match what your bank has on file
  • Insufficient funds on the card
  • Card reported lost or stolen and cancelled by your bank
  • Card has expired or been replaced but not yet activated
  • Your bank has blocked the transaction for security reasons (common for international online purchases)
  • Your card type doesn't support online or international transactions
For international cardholders: Cross-border transactions are sometimes automatically blocked by your bank's fraud detection. If your card is declined, try calling your bank to authorise international online purchases, then place your order again.

The CVV (Card Verification Value) is a security code required at checkout to confirm you have physical possession of the card and to protect against fraud.

As required by law, your CVV is never stored after your transaction is processed. It is discarded immediately after verification.

All prices on CandyLens.com are per pair — meaning each purchase includes both your left and right lens. Selecting quantity "1" gives you 1 pair (2 lenses).

All prices are displayed and charged in USD (US Dollars). If you are paying with a non-USD card, your bank will convert the amount at their exchange rate. Any conversion fees are charged by your bank, not by CandyLens.

You can redeem your Candy Rewards points during checkout. Once you have enough points (20 points = $1 discount), the redemption option will appear on the checkout page when you're logged in to your account.

To check your current points balance, log in to your account and view your rewards summary.

Points cannot be stacked with other active promotions or discount codes.
