Health & Safety

I understand that CandyLens.com is not a medical doctor, optician, or optometrist. I agree to consult a licensed eye care professional before wearing contact lenses, especially if ordering prescription (powered) lenses.

I acknowledge that wearing contact lenses carries inherent risks of eye injury or infection if proper care guidelines are not followed. I have read (or will read) the Wear & Care Guide and understand that the risk of injury can never be entirely eliminated. I assume responsibility for the safe use of my lenses.

Order Accuracy

I confirm that all order details — including product selections, prescription (power), base curve, diameter, quantity, and shipping address — are correct and complete at the time of checkout. CandyLens.com is not responsible for errors in information provided by the customer.

I understand that slight colour differences between left and right lenses of the same order may occur, particularly when lenses of different prescriptions are sourced from different production batches. CandyLens.com will make every reasonable effort to match colours, but minor variance is inherent to the product and does not constitute a defect.

Payment

I confirm that I am the authorised cardholder of the payment method used, or that I have the explicit consent of the cardholder to make this purchase on their behalf.

Shipping & Customs

USA Customers — Import Tariffs & Duties: I understand that shipments from Malaysia to the United States may be subject to import tariffs, customs duties, and clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are determined by US Customs and Border Protection and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. Tariff rates are subject to change and CandyLens.com has no control over them.
⚠️ Please check current US import tariff rates before ordering if you are concerned about additional costs.

I understand that local import taxes, customs duties, and clearance fees in my country are my sole responsibility. CandyLens.com will not reimburse these charges under any circumstances.

I understand that delays caused by customs processing in my country are outside CandyLens.com's control and do not entitle me to a refund or cancellation without applicable fees.

I understand that for Standard Shipping orders, packages that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address may be destroyed at the destination and will not be returned to sender. In such cases, CandyLens.com will not issue a refund or reship the order.

Cancellation & Returns

I understand that if I cancel my order before it is shipped, a 10% administration fee will be deducted from my refund.

I understand that if I cancel my order after it has been shipped, a 30% administration fee plus the original shipping cost will be deducted. A refund will only be issued after the returned package is received by CandyLens.com, and I am responsible for return shipping.

I have read and understood the full Return & Exchange Policy, including conditions for defective product replacements and the 7-day return window for unopened lenses.
