Check your shipping confirmation email

Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with subject line: "A shipment from order #XXXXXX is on the way". Click "View your order" to see your tracking number.

Can't find the email?

Check your spam or junk folder. If it's not there, log in to your account → Orders → select your order to view the tracking number.

Standard Shipping and Express use different tracking systems. Choose the right one based on the shipping method shown in your order.

All Standard Shipping orders are tracked via Quantium Worldwide. Enter your tracking number on their website.

All Express orders are shipped via FedEx. Track your shipment directly on the FedEx website.

⏱ Not sure which shipping method you chose? Check your order confirmation email or your account order history. Standard Shipping tracking numbers are typically alphanumeric (e.g. MY123456789SG). FedEx tracking numbers are usually 12–15 digits.

Tracking FAQs

My tracking number isn't showing any updates — why?

Standard Shipping: Tracking updates can be infrequent — sometimes there are no updates for several days, especially while the package is in transit between countries. This is completely normal. Please allow the full estimated delivery window (14–30 working days for most destinations) before contacting us.

FedEx Express: Updates should appear within 24 hours of shipment. If there are no updates after 48 hours, please contact us.

My tracking shows "Delivered" but I haven't received my package.

Please check the following before contacting us:

✅ Check your mailbox, front door, and any safe drop locations your postman may use
✅ Ask neighbours or building reception if they received it on your behalf
✅ Verify the delivery address on your order confirmation is correct

If the package is still not found after checking the above, please contact us with your order number and we'll investigate with the carrier.

My tracking shows the package is stuck in customs — what do I do?

Customs holds are outside our control. You may need to pay import duties or provide documentation before your local customs authority will release the package. Please contact your local customs office or postal service directly for instructions.

USA customers: With current tariff changes, some shipments may be held pending duty assessment. Check with USPS or US Customs and Border Protection for guidance.
How long does Standard Shipping take?

Standard Shipping delivery times (working days, after order processing):

🇺🇸 USA / 🇨🇦 Canada / 🇬🇧 UK / 🇦🇺 Australia / 🇪🇺 Europe — 14–30 working days
🇸🇦 Middle East — 19–40 working days
🌎 South America / Russia — 30–90 working days

I haven't received a tracking number — has my order shipped?

Orders are processed within 2–3 working days (5 working days during promotions). You'll receive your tracking number by email as soon as the order is handed to the carrier.

If it's been more than 5 working days since you placed your order and you haven't received a tracking number, please contact us with your order number.

Tip: Check your spam/junk folder — shipping confirmation emails sometimes end up there.
