Customs, Duties & Import Taxes

CandyLens.com ships from Malaysia. Depending on your country's import rules, your order may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or clearance fees upon arrival. These charges are entirely outside our control and are the buyer's responsibility.

🇺🇸 USA Customers — Import Tariffs Shipments from Malaysia to the United States may be subject to import tariffs and customs duties determined by US Customs and Border Protection. Tariff rates are subject to change at any time and are outside CandyLens.com's control. Please check current rates before ordering if you are concerned about additional import costs.
🇪🇺 European Customers — Customs Duty EU countries may charge import duties and VAT on orders from outside the EU. If your package is held by customs, you will need to pay applicable charges before it can be released. This may also add 5+ working days to your delivery time.
ℹ️ Customs delays are not our responsibility We have no control over customs processing in your country. Delays caused by customs inspection do not qualify for refund or compensation. We declare all shipments accurately on customs forms.

Shipping FAQs

How do I track my order?

Once your order is shipped, you'll receive a tracking number by email. You can also track your package via our Order Tracking page.

Note: Standard Shipping tracking may not update frequently — this is normal. Express (DHL/FedEx) provides real-time tracking updates.

I entered the wrong shipping address — can I change it?

Contact us immediately at admin@candylens.com with your correct full address. We process orders within 2–3 working days, so the sooner you contact us the better.

If we haven't shipped yet: We can update your address at no charge.

If we've already shipped: We cannot redirect the package. For Standard Shipping, a wrong-address package will be destroyed at destination — we cannot refund or reship in this case.

My Standard Shipping package is taking very long — is this normal?

Standard Shipping delivery times of 14–30 working days are completely normal. Some destinations (Russia, South America) can take 30–90 working days. Tracking updates may also be infrequent, which is expected for standard postal services.

If your package has exceeded the maximum estimated delivery time and tracking shows no movement, please contact us and we'll investigate.

My Standard Shipping package was lost or not delivered — what happens?

If your country's postal service failed to deliver or lost your package, we can arrange a reship — however, you will need to cover the new shipping cost.

Please note: if the non-delivery was caused by an incorrect address provided at checkout, we are unable to reship or refund as the package will have been destroyed at the destination facility.

Do you ship to my country?

We ship to 50+ countries worldwide via Standard Shipping. Express (DHL/FedEx) is available to most countries except Philippines, Indonesia, Macao, and Central & South America.

The available shipping options for your country will be shown at checkout. If no option appears, we may not currently ship to that location — contact us to ask.
